What is Aisin’s hiring process?
Interested applicants may submit a resume to Aisin’s Human Resource Department. The resume should indicate the type or title of the position for which the applicant is interested. Human Resources will review all submitted resumes, and we will keep the resume on file for one year. If we find a match between the applicant’s skills, experience, and education with the position requirements, we will contact the applicant for an interview. A second interview may be needed, depending on the position. If an applicant is selected for a position, a job offer will be made. After acceptance of a job offer, the applicant must pass a physical and drug screen administered by our nursing staff in order to secure employment. Interviewed applicants who are not selected for a position will be notified. Aisin is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
